m711 Responsible Gaming
Entertainment should never become a burden — m711 helps you build healthy, safe, and controlled gaming habits. For players aged 21 and above.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Important Notice: All gaming services at m711 are strictly for players aged 21 or older. Use of this platform by minors is completely prohibited. Parents and guardians are urged to ensure that children and teenagers cannot access this site.
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — when enjoyed in moderation and with awareness, it can be fun and engaging. But like any form of entertainment, excessive gaming can be harmful. m711 believes every player should understand their own limits and play consciously and responsibly.
We want every experience on our platform to be a positive one. To that end, m711 provides a range of tools and features to help you manage your spending, time, and behavior. On this page, you will find details about those tools and the core guidelines for responsible gaming.
Our Protection Tools
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set your own maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is lowered, it takes effect immediately — but increasing a limit requires a short waiting period for your protection. The minimum deposit at m711 is ৳100.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks. During this period, no login or gaming activity will be possible, helping you step back and make decisions with a clear head.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. This deactivates your account on a long-term or permanent basis. During the exclusion period, no promotional messages or offers will be sent to you.
Reviewing Your Gaming History
You can view your complete gaming and transaction history in your account. Review these records regularly to understand your habits and spending patterns — awareness is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Reality-Check Reminders
At set intervals, m711 will remind you how long you have been playing. These reminders help you keep track of time and encourage you to take a break when needed.
24/7 Support Team
m711's support team is always available for any questions or concerns about responsible gaming. Contact us in Bengali via live chat or email — your identity will be kept completely confidential.
Signs of Healthy Gaming Habits
- Playing for entertainment: Gaming is your way to relax and have fun, not a means to earn money.
- Accepting losses: When you lose, you do not place larger bets trying to win that money back.
- Staying within budget: You only spend money that, if lost, will not affect your daily life.
- Controlling your time: You have a set amount of time for gaming and you stick to that limit.
- Time with family and friends: Gaming does not affect your relationships or the quality time you spend with family.
Warning Signs
- Spending beyond your limit: You are spending more than your set budget and cannot control it.
- Chasing losses: After losing, you are placing larger bets to recover losses — this is a danger sign.
- Borrowing money to play: You are sourcing money from family, friends, or loans to fund your gaming.
- Hiding stress: You are keeping your gaming a secret from family or lying about it.
- Unable to stop gaming: You want to quit but cannot — this is a clear sign that you need help.

For Ages 21 and Above Only
All services at m711 are available to players aged 21 or older only. Parents and guardians should monitor their children's online activity and use parental control software where necessary.
Advice for Parents
Keeping online gambling out of the reach of minors is very important. If there are children or teenagers in your home, take some precautionary steps. First, use passwords and screen locks on your devices and always log out of your m711 account. Second, install parental control software that can block specific sites and apps.
Have an open conversation with your children about the difference between online gaming and gambling. Help them understand that gambling is an adult activity and involves financial risk. m711 also welcomes parents who need any support on this matter.
Gaming Budget Planning
The most effective way to game responsibly is to set a budget in advance. After deducting all essential expenses from your monthly income, set aside a small portion of what remains for gaming — and never exceed that limit.
Remember, gaming at m711 is for entertainment, not a guaranteed way to earn money. All gaming activities carry an equal chance of winning and losing. Increasing your bets in hopes of recovering lost money is never the right decision. The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 — these limits help you start small and stay in control.
If you ever use a bonus or promotion, read its terms and conditions carefully. m711's welcome bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳25,000 before you can withdraw. Understand these terms before making a decision.
